Hi.

I've been on and off the vegetarian wagon for 2 decades. Now I'm on again and

am taking the family with me. (I can do that since i'm the only cook!). With

two little ones to chase around all day, I'm a fan of " once-a-month-cooking "

recipes so I'm hoping to find a few here.

Looking forward to contributing,

elizabeth

Do a google search on " vegetarian once a month cooking " and the first result

should be something saying Ellen's Kitchen and has all free recipes.  Tried and

true by me!

Holy Cow! I just looked at that site and my jaw is on the floor! I've

never heard of such a thing.

So, if there are only 2 in the family does that translate to 3-4 months of

food??? Seriously wondering if I could pull off something like this.

Absolutely amazing. Oh my...........
