Guest guest
Hi, I'm new to the group. I've been looking for some good tofu recipes if anyone has any. I'm pretty much addicted to the stuff! I've mostly been roasting it and putting it into lettuce wraps. No one in the family has complained, but it might be nice to mix it up a bit! I have two girls and a husband who are also eating pretty much vegetarian. I am looking forward to reading all of the TVP info and recipes that seem to be the latest craze here. Thanks! -Susan
Guest guest
Tofu sandwiches: Drain and slice the tofu. In a container, combine some tamari, sesame oil and a little water. Let it marinate in the fridge for a while (the longer the better, I usually set it up in the AM and let it marinate until dinner. Fry the tofu slices in some oil. Then use it to make sandwiches.
