Chinese Radish Salad 1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced 2 tablespoons lite soy sauce or tamari 4 green onions chopped finely, include tops 2 or 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro pinch of red pepper flakes 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil (make sure it's toasted) Mix all ingredients and serve.
