I can't wait to see a recipe.

I'm having and don't laugh! Peanut butter on 12 grain bread with Tofurky

lunch slices, onion and horseradish. Think I might need some Tums when I'm

done?

Title is : Vegetables (Williams-Sonoma Kitchen Library)This is the

second book from this author/authors. They are Time Life 1973, and

the first also titled Vegetables but different from the first.

This " kitchen library " is in San Fran. according to the books. Never

heard of them but they are beautifully illustrated and very unique

recipes. I love Broccoli and Cauliflower so will try that Brocolli

Puree first. What a different recipe as are all in book. So busy

shopping today and reading my books I am eating Sauerkraut and toast

for lunch..LOL

Who would dare laugh at anything with horseradish. One of my many

favorites. Talk about clearing one's sinus'..LOL..I love my step-

mother's home made..She grows the root in her yard and cans it.
