Mix the flax seeds and water until thick and goey. Add flax mixture to dry ingredients, add remaining ingredients. Stir until moistened. Fill medium sized greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Eat and enjoy. You can use the Happy Hippy granola recipe that is in the files or any other granola.
