Guest guest
Yep, I found another cook book at the thrift store today..This one is what I have been looking for. Step by step instructions on how to make Tamales. I love them, and can't wait to try the bean and rice recipe that a friend uses. This book *Cooking Mexican* also has a recipe for Sweet Tamales. I have eaten them at the holidays and loved them. Can't wait to try making them. I was born into a typical country farm Anglo family so the *foods of the world* are a real experience for me. Not enough hours in the day/life to try everything but I'm working on it. LOL Deanna

Guest guest
Suzy-Q, The name of the book is *Cooking Mexican*(Better Homes and Gardens)Like most thrift store finds it is outdated. This one was printed in 1986. I can tell it has never been opened and only cost $3. Local book stores donate these books and they are treasures.
