Guest guest
That's the same one Donna told me about. I have it on my list of must buys. I'm in medical college (will be finished in April) and we have been talking about this fruit. It's talking off like a storm. Guest guest
Mya, Congratulations on your med.school training. My son is a PA. We are very proud of his work. Great need in our country right now for good people like you in the medical field. Thanks for all you do. Guest guest
Thanks Deanna. Life is so hectic right now but it will settle down some after the middle of the year. That's why I cook healthy but very simple fast meals. No time for my half a day cooking sessions. Good day your way, Mya , " genny_y2k " <genny_y2k wrote: > > Mya, > Congratulations on your med.school training.
Guest guest
Mya, No need to cook fancy meals . Open up a can of refried beans heat, add some soy cheese and pre-packaged organic greens and you have a nutritious meal/ Nothing tastier than frozen soy beans par-boiled and eaten as is. I usually have a cup of hot veggie juice with this and later some kind of fruit. Simple eating is often the best because one does not add a bunch of calories. On days when you feel like cooking make enough to freeze so on the busy days you can just thaw and eat. I often make a quick sandwhich with refried beans. Add all all my favorite condiments , lettuce, tomato, onion and simple but what could be more nutritious. Keep up the good work Deanna -- In , " myathemouse " <myathemouse wrote: > > Thanks Deanna.
