The Lentil Crunchies turned out ok, but I think living at this high

altitude I will have to boil them a little longer than the recipe calls

for and then bake. They taste great but a little too *crunchy*. By the

way I roasted mine on my new clay slate and it worked great.

Does anyone have a recipe for Vegan carmel popcorn?

I actually cooked my lentils all the way (30 minutes) and then baked

and they came out fine.

yeah Deanna, I have found with lentil dishes of all sorts I have to mash them.

They never completely mash but they get softer when ya do that. I guess our

tastes are more with the softer texture of lentils.
