OH, Zippideedoodah, Zippadeeyay! My, oh my, it's a wonderful day. :>)

Thanks, Jenni! My friend who's having a less difficult time of going vegan

than I am--at least in increments--was telling me the other day how she

misses Jello. I told her, I know, me too, especially the LIME kind. With

bananas. :>)

 

And now I read this from you, WOWEE ZOWEE! (can you tell I'm excited? LOL)

Can I please forward this on to her, because I know it will just make her

day?

 

And...carmine is a ground up bug..right? <grimace>

P.S. Jenni, I found all the cookie recipes and will be posting them today! I

thought I had them yesterday but no...but now, I've got them all together.
