Guest guest
Mike you are too funny!! What a terrific spread you planned! Wish I was there. Jane I got a little over-zealous with my superbowl party -there were 4 of us including my lady friend and myself lots of beer -Tuborg from Germany, Grolsch from Denmark, and Sleemans Creem ale from Canada, eh! the bowls of guacomole and hommus went over well (veggies, pita and chips to dip) I put too much onion soup powder in the onion dip and it failed... the sandwich was where I killed us. My eyes were too big for my stomach. I bought two huge baguettes and fille them with (yves) veggie ham, turkey, salami, roast beef emmenthal swiss cheese spicy provologne mozzerella spinach red onions hot peppers tomato mustard mayo we couldn't even finish the first one... the lady passed out from exhaustion... the rest of us had tro switch to the family guy on fox to forget about football.. I made everyone take a piece home.. no one even ate breakfast today... i just had some for lunch and am having acid like flashbacks now if you don't mind... I wanna be alone with the sandwich mike

Honestly! LOL Let the masses find their own funny guy! > That sandwich sounds SO good!! Yummy!! actually, when you mix all those veg slices together, it just tastes like a veggie dog. I just got excited cuz everyone was talking about thier multi meat sandwiches on our Saturday morning cooking show, and I wanted to be like one of the big guys! Next year, I'm making a big veggie sandich instead... it also makes the bathroom a little more pleasant the next morning... mike

Guest guest
Well, I meant the VEG masses, actually...which aren't so common, you realize. :>) I was getting envious at all those faux meats, but now I'll be able to stop doing so--if it all tastes like a veggie dog, well...nothing to write home about, huh? <VBG> Bron On 2/6/06, Mike <realshows wrote: > > > What a hilarious read! As I found out yesterday, only when you mix too many together... Smoked Wheat (I forget who started it, but yves just bought the company) is amazing.. all the yves products are very good, but you have to be in the mood for them.. I don't buy them too often. I think I've put veggie pepperoni on pizza twice in the past 10 years mike
