That looked so good. i didn't know the MSF steak strips were vegan; that is wonderful. i have just recently seen them for sale around here. i bought the chicken- style meal starter strips from MSF but i haven't tried them yet. ~ pt ~ To attain happiness in another world we need only to believe something. Guest guest
PT, those chicken strips taste very authentic to me! My dh and I had them in stirfry and I couldn't believe how much they looked like the real thing...actually, it kind of made me feel uneasy because of how they looked. I had to run check the ingredients list again JUST to make sure...:>) And their taste was quite the match. Also, the 'steak' strips are pretty good, but not quite as tasty as the 'chicken' strips are. We made fajitas the other night with them and they were not quite up to par...which was funny because I would think it would be easier to duplicate " steak " taste, myself. But anyway, that's just mine and my husband's opinions. You try both of 'em and see what you think, and let us know, okay? :>) Bron On 2/10/06, ~ PT ~ <patchouli_troll wrote: > > In digest #500 Shelly wrote: " I made a vegan version of the > current Taco Bell advertised product...the Crunch Wrap. > We had it for dinner tonight.
