veggie burgers Meg

Hey Meg, these sound VERY good. Give me a name so I can file them in

the recipe files. Meg's Bean and Corn Burgers??? Let me know.

no...someone told me how to make them. There used to be a recipe but I

never used it, just tossed stuff in, LOL.

 

Maybe Ranch Burgers or something cuz they are SOOOOO yummy with BBQ

suace and onion rings on top :)

OK, you've got a CUP of BBQ sauce *in* the burgers and more on top.

This has got to be good BBQ sauce! ;) Mind sharing your recipe?

well, you really have to use my hubby's for the topping. I'll get the

recipe from him if he'll part with it.

 

me, I just dump 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup molasses, 1/4 C apple cider

vinegar and a pinch of brown sugar. I stir constantly over a low heat

until it bubbles.
