Guest guest
Garlic is first, oniony things are second, like scallions, but wait, these are not herbs but they are spices right? Well, garlic and onion and then I guess basil and ... wait a minute, it depends on what it is, cause for sweet things I just love cardamom. hugs, Chanda a messagIn e dated 8/26/2006 10:23:22 A.M. Guest guest
One of my favorite herbs/spices, is actually a combination of 4 things, sometimes in cooking it is called trinity, because it is usuallyjsut three items that a cook puts into almost everything. Mine is carrots, celery, onions and garlic. When I cooked meats, I used this in everything meatloaf, sloppyjoes, tuna salad, and so much others stuff, now being vegetarian, this combination really helps bring flavors out.
