Guest guest
Hi Jade, Welcome in. Tonight I'm going to have Gayle's 4 Bean Chili from the recipe files. I have not tried seitan yet so you recipe has motivated me. Hi Gayle, I wanted to say your recipe is awesome, it made a nice dinner last night. I put everything in the crockpot and took off. House smelled so good, I put several cloes of garlic in it. Happy middle of the week, Mya Relax. Mail virus scanning helps detect nasty viruses! Guest guest
Hi Mya: Thank you, I hope you liked it. My daughter and I love, love, love garlic however my husband and son do not like it so much. When I cook for all us I use less garlic. When I cook something that just my daughter and I are going to eat I use LOTS of garlic. Hope you had a nice Wednesday. Happy Thursday. Guest guest
-Gayle, Garlic lovin' must be a mother-daughter thingy. My daughter and I love garlic. I eat a couple cloves of pickled garlic a day. We can't imagine eating mashed taters without garlic. My favorite is re-fried beans with sauteed fresh garlic. I love roasted garlic and a fresh loaf of bread, pieces dipped in olive oil (the Italian way). I have one of those little clay baking pots for garlic but have not tried it yet. Do you know how to use it? Deanna -- In , glpveg4life wrote: > > Hi Mya: > > Thank you, I hope you liked it. Guest guest
Hi Deanna: Maybe it is... the funny thing is my old boss although I still work with him is from Italy and he doesn't like garlic or at least not fresh garlic he doesn't mind garlic powder, isn't that funny. I have never used one of those clay garlic bakers... I usually take some heads of garlic place in foil spray with some cooking spray and bake. It takes probably 45 min to an hour. But it is worth it. We never need to worry about being bitten by a vampire with the amount of garlic we eat so that is good. (lol) Have a great rest of Thursday. gayle
