Guest guest
This is what I usually serve: I boil sliced carrots, cabbage chunks, potatoes cubes, coarsely chopped onions and a few cloves of garlic together with a tablespoon of mixed herbs. A few minutes before everything is tender I add a few Tofurky sausages cut into 3rds. Maybe this will give you a good idea for a dish, Chelsea , liz damon <ranliz524 wrote: > > Hi Everyone, > > I'm looking for some good Irish recipes for St Patty's Day. Guest guest
This sounds delicious. I didn't think about this kind of dish. It reminds me of a dish my grandmother used to make but with meat. She always made this dish she called boiled dinner. It is with the same ingredients but with ham instead of fake sausage. I totally forgot all about it til now.(she's been gone for over 25 years) I'll definitely try it.
