I mash potatoes and mash steamed chopped spinach into them. It's so

darn good. You have to try it.

This year I will try one of the carrot recipes from our files to go

along withn my taters.

If you use cabbagem that'd be colcannon.

Thanks Donna that sounds good. I make something similar to that but it's mashed

potatoes with cabbage then I bake it with some butter, salt and pepper. I never

thought of adding some greens to it. I'll have to try it.

Donna - have you tried my 3-ginger carrot dish? it should be in the files.
