Guest guest
4 normal bowls. I don't know for sure but maybe 6 cups total would be a close estimate. I never thought of that site. Gloria could use that site for the future. Thanks Amy! Donna --- Amy <sandpiperhiker wrote: > Donna, how much does it make? (I guess, how many > servings?) Guest guest
Ok, I had to estimate some... I assumed a 10 oz package of raw spinach, and used water, as they had no veggie broths at all in their database. also did not include the bay leaf as I couldn't guess what 2 leaves would weigh. Hope it helps! Looks like, approximately, for 1/4 of the recipe: 377 calories 2 g fat 92 mg sodium (this could be much more, depending on the broth you use!) 70 g carbohydrate 26 g fiber 10 g sugars 26 g protein 144% Vit A 117% Vit C 17% Ca 37% Iron

Gloria Yes, to calculate for a recipe you need 1) save all the ingredients to your " pantry " then 2) compose the recipe by slectingthe amounts of each ingredient and naming it 3) analyze the recipe. It's fussy but I don't know how else to do it! :-)
