Guest guest
http://www.wegmans.com/kitchen/ingredients/produce/vegetables/asian_vegetables.a\ sp Yesterday while I was in traffic school (yes, I know I've been bad and speeding, this time I got caught 6 miles over the speed limit LOL) He gave us a 2 hr. lunch break so I headed to the Asian market and bought a lot of greens. If you love chives you have to pick up some " nira " you can see a picture on this site. Wonderful! They are like a flat wide chive and the flavor is between onion and mild garlic. You can chop raw and top your rice with them, add to salads or stir fries etc. I found them 3 bunches for 99 cents. I also cooked up lotus root and will post a picture in the photo file later on. I bought Korean mustard greens, they have a green stem and a mixed colored leaf that is deep green and blackish color. I'll try cook those later and let you know. Donna Welcome to the jungle.
