Guest guest
Donna - I've always had the same problem Shelly's having. WIth the three you re-posted.. can you cut it right out of the oven, or should you let it sit a bit to cool and firm up a little? If so, is 5/10 minutes enough? I think I'm gonna be brave and try one this week.
Guest guest
Hi: When I make a lentil loaf or a loaf from the gimme lean I find that letting it stand for 10 minutes helps it to firm up so it will hold together when sliced. They also make great sandwiches when cold. Gayle
