Recipe Rave - Chai-spiced Rice Pudding

I made this tonight, but used a can of " lite " coconut milk and a can

(full) of water instead of 5 c milk, and substituted about 1/2 a

packet of stevia for the sugar. My rice was brown basmati. I baked it

at 375* for probably an hour, hour ten (my stove burners were all in

use); maybe 1/3 to 1/2 that time it was uncovered. In any case:

delicious!!

Wow. That sounds fantastic with the coconut milk. I will definitely have to

try that the next time around.

It was, it was! :-) However, I think next time I might skip the

stevia even, and puree a half a banana for the sweetener...?
