Guest guest
Good luck Brad!!! It's very good that you're going to try to quit - I hear that you can feel the benefits very quickly after smoking. It's gonna be hard, BUT YOU CAN DO IT!!! I was a secondhand smoker too! My older sister, her boyfriend, and my aunt used to live with me, mom, and my little sister. My older sister, her boyfriend, and my aunt all smoked, and I hated sitting close to them while they did so. In fact, I wouldn't let them even smoke in my bedroom. Every other room may have been smoke infested, but my room sure wasn't going to be! LOL...My sister would sneak a cig in every once in a while to my room and smoke, but I didn't say anything to her about it because 1) she didn't do it that often, as she hardly ever came into my room in the first place, and 2) she's 6'3 " , I'm 5'6 " . Do that math, LOL. Love & Peace Up, ***Sara*** " You can have anything you want, but you better not take it from me! Ditto. I watched my mom struggle with it for years - she tried everything ( " lite " cigs, hypnosis... all the wierd stuff) but she had smoked for sooo long it was extremely difficult. The day before her 70th birthday, she had a heart attack and had to have a triple bypass. Obviously in intensive care you can't smoke! They put her on the patch and that worked for her. But anyway you do it, just at it - you'll do it!!!
