Guest guest
Good MOrning Jim and welcome into the group. Please browse the recipe files and I hope you find many recipes you can use that will be allergy free for your family. Thank you for this recipe. I make a patty with malanga almost the same way. I'll try your recipe. Have you ever used malanga? It's close in taste and looks almost the same. I'm going to post a Cuba/Yucatacan sauce you can serve over these pancakes next, it's called Mojo Criollo. What do you serve with your yucca pancakes? Guest guest
Nice you have joined us Jim. This is a very interesting recipe. I have seen yucca in the store but never knew what to do with it until I opened your email this morning. I want to try the recipe and I think I will put the sauce across the top.
