Guest guest
I've been tempted to try making tempeh myself but online all the instructions looked so difficult. Would you have to use a heat light over it? Guest guest
That was one of my questions. I haven't been able to find any ready-made incubators for tempeh, as in a yogurt maker, so some sort of contraption must be designed using a heat lamp, I guess. Bum deal. -Erin , " darkcydesky " <darkcydesky wrote: > > I've been tempted to try making tempeh myself but online all the > instructions looked so difficult. Guest guest
The starter was not a problem. I already have it from www.gemcultures.com My questions were regarding dehulling soybeans and how to incubate at a steady 85 F for 12-24 hours. -Erin , " genny_y2k " <genny_y2k wrote: > > Erin and Marsha, > I recently visted a site on the Net where you can buy Tempeh starter. > I will check again. > Deanna-- In , " Erin " > <truepatriot@> wrote: > > > > That was one of my questions. Guest guest
You know, I must admit I've never had kimchi, and it somewhat intimidates me. I am willing to try anything once, however. Any recommendations for getting started?
