Guest guest
You know I don't cook often with aluminum foil but when I bake garlic or this onion I do. I was going to suggest a clay pot, do you have one? The onion needs to be covered tightly so it can steam inside and no dry out. We need to figure this out. Let's see, maybe you could wrap it tightly in bananas leaves or husks and tie with string and then place in a glass baking dish with a lid. The key is to keep the onion from drying out. I can't order that blossom out since they are nothing but grease and I loved eating it but it really upset my system. This recipe is such a good one. I think we need experiment with different cooking alternatives now. You have me thinking hard on this one. Guest guest
What about just a regular glass baking dish, the kind with a lid? Close the lid completely. Perhaps he'd need to tie a string around the circumference of the onion to hold it together, first? > You know I don't cook often with aluminum foil but > when I bake garlic or this onion I do.
