Guest guest
You know I have been trying for 4 days to get a break and post a new loaf. It came out good. It's a tofu & brown rice loaf. OK promise to do it during lunch, even it my spaghetti noodles get stuck to my keyboard as I type. I wore a red top today so if they get on me, who cares...... Love all of you! Donna Do you have a jar of pasta sauce, tomato sauce, canned tomatoes you can mash down? So what Gayle says but that's what I usually sub ketchup with. I'm not crazy about ketchup but I do use it in some dishes. --- Amy <sandpiperhiker wrote: > Gayle - I think I'll make this today. Sour cream makes it Russian; lemon and cinnamon make it Greek. Soy sauce makes it Chinese; garlic makes it good. Guest guest
I would say you can substitute anything for the ketchup. If you don't like ketchup use tomato sauce, or if you want to give it a different taste use tomato salsa however then you may want to change the seasonings to maybe chili powder and cumin seeds. Can't wait to hear how yours turned out. Gayle
