Shelly cookbook and I'm on my way to UCLA Medical , so happy too

I have to scream it ot! My love and I will be doing our residency at

UCLA Medical. This has been my wish and I found out today!

 

Shelly, I have the " Meatless Meals for Working People " cookbook. I

will try to get some recipes posted for you asap. It's a nice little

compact cookbook. I've had to make quick rushed meals for the past 4

or so years. I look forward to time spent in the kitchen but that

might not be for a long while yet.

Congrats on your wish being fulfilled!! That's wonderful!

 

I already have the book and use it mostly for the restaurant info.

You don't need to type out the recipes for me - just maybe list the

titles of ones you like. Thanks so much!
