Guest guest
Hi Chupa Good to see you back posting some of your fabulous recipes. I would really like to make this for my Japanese friend - is wasabi sauce the same as the paste or is it mixed with something? TIA Christie , " Chupababi " <alcovi wrote: > > @@@@@ > Spicy Wasabi Hummus Recipe >
Guest guest
Christie - it comes in a jar. There's a bunch of brands out there. But just thin your wasabi paste with water.
Guest guest
Thanks Chupa My wasabi paste comes in a tube. I googled wasabi sauce and there seemed to be so many possibilities - mixed with soy sauce, ginger, all sorts. There also seemed to be a doubt as to whether all the wasabi on sale was actually wasabi or horseradish with food colouring. I was feeling quietly confident in mine because our food labelling laws in Britain are quite strict but when I look at the wasabi I bought in the Chinese supermarket, the only writing on it is in Japanese so I've no idea what it says, LOL Thanks Christie , " chupababi " <alcovi wrote: > > Christie - it comes in a jar.
