Guest guest Posted March 18, 2006 Report Share Posted March 18, 2006 Pistachio Bread with Cardamom 75g/0.75 cup shelled pistachios, blanched 275 ml/1.25cups water 2 Tbsp grapeseed oil 450 g/3 cups strong white bread flour 1.5 tsp salt 2 tsp caster sugar (superfine – see I'm learning!) 1tsp ground cardamom 1.5tsp fast-acting dried yeast Add ingredients in the order required by your breadmaker, except for the pistachios. Set for either special or basic white setting. Add pistachios according to manual's instructions or when machine bleeps. Enjoy. Another from the same book.
