I have a bag of Ocean Spray cranberries in the freezer, and they're crying, waiting to be used, LOL. If anyone's got any great suggestions, I'd really appreciated. Thanks! :-) Relish - dump them (frozen) in a food processor with a dribble of oj, some sugar (maybe 1/2 a cup for a bag? Taste and see), some orange zest, cinnamon and a few walnuts... pulse a few times still ground but still a little chunky. Another is of course - stir them into a muffin batter, yummy!
