Guest guest Posted October 23, 2009 Report Share Posted October 23, 2009 HELLO CAROL, I HOPE ALL IS WELL.I'VE BEEN A VEGETARIAN FOR TWO YEARS AND I FIND THAT IF YOU HAVE A REALLY GOOD BREAKFAST YOU CAN REALLY SNACK THROUGH LUNCHTIME.HOWEVER IF U FEEL THE NEED TO TAKE SOMETHING ALONG TRY A NICE PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY SANDWICH. IT DOES NOT SPOIL FAST OR NEEDS COOLING.TAKE A PIECE OF FRUIT ALONG WITH YOU AND THAT SHOULD HOLD YOU UNTIL LUNCHTIME.
