I think she used broth and melted butter to hold them together, but egg would

probably work, too. My former MIL's were a bit dry, which is why I liked this

one with the spinach better. I think next time I try them I'll toss in a few

water chestnuts and pecans and see if that jazzes them up a bit. Or maybe they

need a dip or a sauce to make good appetizers. Not that their bad, they're

good. They just don't seem like party food to me.

dressing balls? interesting; never had stuffing served that way. just roll

em & bake em? Add egg for extra stay togetherness?

Maybe they need a shake of cayenne, too, or spiced pecans.... :-)
