My former MIL's were a bit dry, which is why I liked this one with the spinach better. I think next time I try them I'll toss in a few water chestnuts and pecans and see if that jazzes them up a bit. Or maybe they need a dip or a sauce to make good appetizers. Not that their bad, they're good.
