I just received an ice cream maker and am looking for any favorite

ice cream recipes. I would prefer that they were vegan, so sorbets

are fine. Just need ideas to get started.

Here are some sites for recipes to make ice soy. My favorite is The Vegan Chef.

THe chocolate recipe is incredibly chocolate. I normally add a bit less

chocolate to it, but it really is good.

" ice cream " in the search block. There are quite a few recipes for vegan ice

soy and sorbets. This is my favorite site for ice soy recipes.)

Thanks, Dick. I'm currently working on a lemon-lavender sorbet. If it

works, I'll post it.

I think it was someone on this list who once recommended the cookbook " Vice

Cream " by Jeff Rogers. The recipes are vegan and primarily nut-based, I

believe. It's gotten good reviews on Amazon.
