Guest guest
As a child I LOVED that song and the book that it is based on by Maurice Sendak. There is also a video with her song and his pictures (along with " Where the Wild Things Are " and other stories by him) that my sister got my daughter for christmas a few years ago. I was of mixed emotions when we got it since we are vegetarian but I do love Maurice Sendak and so I decided to let my daughter watch it. It turns out that she loves it too so I just always remind her " but we don't eat chicken right? " and in my mind I think of it as chik'n soup.... , " Alan " <soy_decaf_latte> wrote: > And then last week, my 7 year old, who loves music class, comes home > singing (and hasn't stopped since) a Carole King song about " chicken > soup with rice " .
