soy milk???

Some thoughts on this: this is normal in some people. You might want to try

almond milk, or hazelnut milk, or rice milk. If you like the soy milk,

digestive enzymes might help to allieviate the intestinal gas.

So, just drank a huge glass of Soy Milk last night and ended up with

terrible gas(sorry for the TMI)....Is this a normal side effect? If it

is, I may have to re think the Soy Milk. It tasted good and I imagine

in a bowl of cereal, it would be even better.

Here is a great article about soy. Unbiased in my opinion. It

discusses the digestibility of soy as well as everything else.

I would suggest adding it to your diet more gradually.
