Guest guest
Kadee, I'm a little confused. Did you mean Bryanna's site or the WAPrice site? (Bryanna's site is very pro breastfeeding. I believe she was a Le Leche leader at one time and she is very vegan.) About your daughter, you said: " wonder if she'd have been happier, long-term, with them. I do the best I can, though. " That's what we all do. I have a friend who says that a mother's number one job is to worry. DD birthmother says all the time that " normal " to a child is what she grows up with, what she knows. I think that as vegans, or variations thereof, we are more attuned to what is happening in our daily lives. While this can sometimes be an obstacle, it really helps us understand happiness, compassion, empathy, purpose, ethics and so on and so on. The fact that you are concerned about her happiness, health and future means the world. Just be sure to show her and you will be just fine. (Not believing your mom has your best interests at heart can really influence one's view of the world. Believe me!) With all the information out there these days, how on earth could someone justify something like that? I'd figure that being a human baby and all, they'd need *human* milk. Just kind of seems logical to me. > > Kadee Sedtal > > rtillmansmail <rtillmansmail wrote: Bryanna Clark Grogan discusses the Price foundation and their not so > truthful manipualtion of the research on her website. > http://www.bryannaclarkgrogan.com/page/page/3476771.htm#14 > She gives her answers to many anti-soy statements. Guest guest
I was referring to whichever one said veg mothers shouldn't breastfeed... probably the WAP site. I do hope my little ones are happy. I at least know they're smart- we had one of our mice at the vet's office not long ago, and in the waiting room my little Leah was going through a book about animals. Four people in the room were all silent listening to her say " penguin, " " hippopotamus, " and " rhinocerous, " and knowing the difference between a rat, a gerbil, and a hamster. I'm doing something right, I guess. Kadee Sedtal rtillmansmail <rtillmansmail wrote: Kadee, I'm a little confused. Did you mean Bryanna's site or the WAPrice site?
