kids' multis at the HFS that say they are vegetarian, but none that say they

We use the ALacer Emergen-C for kids. We had an issue with an

earlier vitamin that had WAY too much iron for all that we get in

our diet. My daughter's teeth discolored from the overdose....but

returned to normal when we discontinued it.

 

This one is iron-free, and my 4-year old loves her strawberry

flavored " vitamin drink. " Our local food cooperative puts the box

on sale every couple of months and we buy a bunch.
