Yum!! I'm definitely going to bookmark your blog and check it out often. Great

ideas for my son and I to try! Thanks.

Wow! That looks great. This is the kind of thing I was looking for!

I have a question though, sorry if its a dumb one, but what's nutritional yeast

and is it essential to the recipe?

Thanks

It adds vitamins and will give the food sort of a cheesy taste. So it is

probably essential to the recipe turning out right.

Thank you. Can I get it at the regular grocery store, with the organics? Or

should I go to a health food store?

Thanks

I would check with your health food stores.

Thanks for all the positive feedback on my blog, everyone!

Mary-Elizabeth, here are a couple links to some info on nutritional

yeast. It provides lots of complete protein and B-12 (make sure to

get the fortified kind, such as Red Star brand)

Take care,

Your best bet is the bulk food section. Make sure the ingredient

list includes B12. Not all nutr. yeast are created equal.
