Hi

I have bags of strawberries and raspberries in my freezer and I was

thinking of making jam. What kind of sugar/sweetener can I use? I

don't want to use white granulated if it goes over/through bone

charcoal - that's disgusting!

Right now I'm lacto-ovo, so I'd use honey if that would be OK, or

another kind of sugar.

Raw sugar is great on everything. It's not processed through anything so you

don't have to worry about the bone thing. Plus it has a bit of a different taste

to it. Very good stuff.
