Guest guest
Stay hydrated. Sleep! ===== By the way, I have the flu, and last night my fever was over 103. I am 39 years old and feel like I am going to die. Everything hurts and my eyes are going to pop out of my head. Any remedies appreciated. ===== " The cat did not respond. Guest guest
Hey...I'm 39 too! But I don't have the flu (knock on wood)... Sorry about you being ill...I second the stay hydrated and rest, rest, rest. Don't take on too much too soon when you feel better. Lots of soup & tea! Here's hoping you're better soon, m
Guest guest
thanks Joe and all, I am now officially still in the land of the living, although I had my doubts there for a little while. I drank veggie broth, green tea (Arizona iced is the only form of the stuff I can handle) and a ton of vitamin C. I think I recovered quickly. I get scared every time I get a bug like that because I had Guilain Barre years ago and from it was paralyzed for 6 months. ughhh/ Anyway thanks to all you nice people, Blessings, Chanda - Jiraph Wirpel Sunday, January 23, 2005 10:48 AM Re: Flu Stay hydrated. Guest guest
She may just be naturally more prone to things like that. At five months old no baby needs to be eating meat, so your family obviously needs to get some facts instead of trying to make you feel like a bad parent. My mom used to " secretly " believe my daughter got all her ear infections because we were vegetarian, but then once we started giving her soy or rice milk instead of cow's milk they went away. Then of course she said the ear infections just happened to go away when we started using soymilk! Grapeseed extract helps to boost the immune system. I use it on my pet rats and mice, as well as my human family. Other than the occasional sniffle we haven't been sick in over a year, I think. For a couple of days I felt a bit off, that was a couple of months ago, but I wasn't " sick, " just under the weather. You could try that, or just boosting the amount of vit. C in her diet. yani jeni <yani_jeni wrote: hello everyone i'm jeni and my baby nikita is 07mths i was vegan during preganant her and she was naturally vegan since bith but then i found out that she is easy to catch cold/cough/flu and sneeze alot as well she got cough when she was 5 mth, fever when she was 6 mth and now she's flu..... since my in-law family is not a vegan, they said that my baby easy get sick because i put her on vegan so please anyone...give me advice and tips or recipe to boost her immune system so that she's far from sick and i can prove that vegan will not caused anyone easily get ill what food must i give her to prevent her from cough/cold/flu ?! beside doctor's medicine of course thanks everyone brgds/ nikita's mum :-( ________ TV dinner still cooling?
