Vitamin/Supplement question and Juice plus

Yes, we use Nutr. Yeast quite a bit. We also take a supplement

ocassionally. We have fallen off the EFA but I will get us back on

flax seed meal and oils and hemp oils and seeds.

 

RE: children - Our local food is grown in sand so it isn't as high

in nutrition as I would like. (We've had seminars here about why

organic farms can't do well. I planted forty tomato plants the first

year we moved here and didn't get enough to share with neighbors or

can arvrn though I have gardening experience.)

 

So we also use the gummy dolphins and Rhino calcium chews. I recently

added Hemp milk to my daughter's diet and she loves it. She doesn't

eat well and doesn't take her vitamins every day but I do what I can,

including buying produce shipped in from other areas.

 

 

Juice plus warning: I recently attended a party promoting juice plus.

Apparently the ingredients have recently changed and the new product

contains gelatin. I think there was another problem but it may affect

vegans and not vegetarians. The rep told me that not all of the older

product has been sold so you may want to watch your labels for the

change.

I heard the change in JuicePlus was that it is now vegan, where it was not
