Guest guest
I'm a member of a " Debate Group " online and this same article was brought up when I mentioned vegetarianism. The fact is this baby died of starvation and because of the baby's uneducated parents. The baby was born at home and no doctors were caring for it. If the baby were under the care of a pediatrician or home doctor this baby's significant weight loss would not have gone unnoticed. Plus, I think the parents got what they deserved. No parent disregards weight loss at such huge levels in an infant. They should have gotten help when they first noticed it. The baby's death had very little to do with it's parent's lifestyle choice, but with the fact that they did not feed the poor baby! Guest guest
If your child is healthy, don't worry. Irresponsible diet choices will show. If your son is getting lots of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and beans, he will be just fine. Guest guest
Was this message late coming thru? The subject line is different than the message we have been responding to. Pescetarians are not vegetarians or vegans. Renee Karen Miller <karen wrote: We're semi vegan parents (eat fish and sometimes eggs). same diet for our 22 mth old son. Guest guest
Hi Karen! The correct term for your diet is pescetarian. Vegans don't eat eggs or fish, and vegetarians don't eat fish. My thoughts on the article...it's a bunch of propaganda. Make sure you and your little one eat a varied, well-balanced diet. You can everything you need without animal sources. Don't let those WAPFers scare you! And it DOES seem like they're everywhere all of a sudden! , " Karen Miller " <karen wrote: > > We're semi vegan parents (eat fish and sometimes eggs). same diet for our 22 > mth old son.
