Does anyone know if there are any other reasons to switch from it? I don't know if I'm even allergic to it, and are wonderering what other kind of bread to buy in place of it. May switch for a while. Any suggestions for a bread that has alot of vitamins, fiber? Thanks PS I don't eat any meat, and wondered if there is a high quality mineral supplement I can buy.
