I-Dill-ic Dressing (Avocado Dill Dressing)

1 ripe avocado -- peeled & seeded

1 clove garlic -- pressed

1/4 cup water

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons sour cream or mayonnaise -- (lowfat okay)

1 tablespoon fresh dill -- (or 1 tsp. dried)

1 pinch sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt -- or to taste

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

 

In food processor or blender, blend all ingredients until creamy. Use for

salads or as a dip for raw veggies.
