Curried Mango Yogurt Dressing (Mango Chutney)

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup plain nonfat or lowfat yogurt

3 tablespoons mango chutney -- not chunky

1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder

2 teaspoons finely minced red onions

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

 

In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Add to salad or use as a dip. Store

in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
