Guest guest
I saw this recipe and thought it would be perfect for my DH's breakfast. It is called Steve's Favorite Waffles and his name is Steve. He really liked them. I thought it was interesting because it has a lot of baking powder and no baking soda. They didn't rise incredibly but they were really good tasting. * Exported from MasterCook * Steve's Favorite Waffles Recipe By : Hearts & Flours, Waco, TX Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 eggs -- separated 2 cups all-purpose flour 4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp sugar 1 3/4 cups milk 8 tbsp butter -- melted Preheat waffle iron. Make sure that it is very clean and dry. My DH loved these waffles. Said they were the best flavored waffles I've ever made.
