Guest guest Posted August 30, 2001 Report Share Posted August 30, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Broccoli-Cauliflower Frittata Recipe By : The Cooking Cardiologist, by Richard Collins, page 50 Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Breakfast Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 10 ounces frozen cauliflower -- thawed 10 ounces frozen broccoli -- thawed 1 cup Egg Beaters -- (egg substitute) 1/2 envelope onion soup mix 1/2 cup KRAFT Miracle Whip Nonfat Dressing 1/2 cup fat-free cracker crumbs Serving Size: 6 Drain thawed cauliflower and broccoli. Mash vegetables and mix with egg substitute, onion soup mix, and Miracle Whip. Lightly spray a 9x13 inch baking dish and sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
