Immune Booster Smoothie

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup milk of choice (soy used in this recipe)

1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate -- (1-2)

1 tablespoon white grape juice concentrate -- (1-2)

1/4 cup plain yogurt -- (1/4-1/2)

1/2 of a banana 1 tsp. vanilla

1 teaspoon grade a or b maple syrup

1 scoop protein powder

1/2 teaspoon calcium ascorbate powder(about 2000

milligrams)

5 ice cubes -- (5-6)

 

Blend well and serve immediately.
