Breading Meal

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 cups whole-wheat bread flour

1 cup brewer's yeast -- flakes

1 tablespoon salt

1/2 cup dried parsley flakes

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 cup cornmeal

 

Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl. Store in airtight container. This

is great to dip zucchini, eggplant, and other sliced items in and then bake them

in the oven.
