Tofu (firm) some Lemons (juice to sprinkle) some Garlic Powder (to sprinkle) some Salt (to sprinkle) 2 c. Cashews 2 Tbsp. Potato Flour 2 1/2 tsp. Brewer's Yeast 2 Tbsp. Onions -- chopped 1 tsp. Fruit Juice Concentrate (pineapple) 1/2 c. Lemon juice 2 1/2 c. Water Instructions: Crumble tofu into small pieces in a bowl and sprinkle with some lemon juice, garlic powder liberally, and salt lightly. Marinate for several hours. Blend the remaining ingredients together throughly. Then stir (do not blend) the marinated tofu into the mixture. Enjoy on your favorite toss salad.
