Add cottage cheese, pureed peppers, and spinach, and cook gently for 1 - 2 minutes. Layer mixture with lasagna sheets in a greased baking dish (begin with some sauce, and end with some sauce). Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes, or until heated through. NOTE: For Tomato Version, use spaghetti sauce.
